Welcome to Ilena (“the Service”), operated by La Tour d’Ivoire Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Description of the Service
Ilena is an AI-assisted lyrics writing platform designed to support creative writing. The Service may include text editing tools, AI-generated suggestions, linguistic analysis (such as structure, length, and rhymes), and other creative assistance features. We may update or modify the Service at any time.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service independently.
If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

We do not claim ownership over your work.
Your content may be processed by AI systems to generate suggestions and analyze structure. We do not use your content to train models without your explicit consent.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes, to infringe intellectual property rights, to attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service, or to overload or disrupt the platform.
AI Disclaimer
The Service includes AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness for a specific purpose of any generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all outputs.
Payments and Subscriptions
If applicable, subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice.
Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, excluding user content, are owned by La Tour d’Ivoire Inc., including software, design, and branding.
